Congratulations to our 2023 Valerie B. Edmonds Student Research Award winners! The winner is Allison Whitehead for Income-Based Policies for Reducing Poverty in Macon, GA. The runner-up is Daniel Stein for French Immigrants’ Influence on the Culture of Art in Early Augusta. This award was presented at Honors Convocation on April 21st.

Congratulations to the winner and the runner-up for the 2023 Monroe F. Swilley, Jr. Student Research Award! The winner is Sharon Vijayanand for Combination Vaccine for COVID-19 and Influenza Administered Using Non-Invasive Oral Dissolving Films. The runner-up is Tanvi Karve for Exploration of Physical and Chemical Enhancement Strategies for Transdermal Delivery of Linagliptin. The award will be presented at the Atlanta and Regional Academic Centers Research Conference on Saturday, April 15, 2023.
