Reservations must be made through the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/reservations.mercer.edu\/25live\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Campus Reservations (25Live)<\/a>\u00a0site, and usage policies are listed below.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n<footer><\/footer>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c6fb1c8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c6fb1c8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Booking<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-72ecbbd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"72ecbbd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>Only Mercer-affiliated groups may use these rooms. Library-sponsored activities have priority. Events requiring video conferencing have priority in Thigpen-Parsons.<\/li>\n<li>Only currently enrolled or employed Mercer University students, administration, faculty, or staff may reserve Library event spaces.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Rooms are intended for meetings, presentations, event receptions, and exhibits.<\/li>\n<li>Rooms may be booked between Monday-Friday only. Rooms are not available for use on the weekends.<\/li>\n<li>All rooms must be reserved in order to be used. No walk-in use is permitted without making a reservation.<\/li>\n<li>All rooms are available to reserve up to one (1) semester in advance.<\/li>\n<li>Inquiries concerning events will be referred to the person signing the agreement or the designated contact person for the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Every attempt will be made to accommodate the event in the requested space; however, room assignments are subject to change.<\/li>\n<li>Organizations must provide notice of cancellation 72 hours in advance of a scheduled event. Failure to do so may result in denial of future requests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0a056e6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0a056e6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Availability and Access<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5c061aa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5c061aa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><strong>All events must be held Monday-Friday during <a href=\"\/index.php\/library-weekly-hours\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">library hours<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong>Set up of chairs, tables, and media\/technology items and delivery of food items, either catered or purchased, for all events must take place either the day before an event by 5:00 PM (Friday for Monday events) or the day of an event after 8:00 AM.<\/li><li>Events may begin no earlier than 9:00 AM and must be concluded and room cleaned and vacated according to the following schedule:<ul><li>Thigpen-Parsons must be cleaned and vacated by 4:00 PM<\/li><li>Elam-Alexander must be cleaned and vacated by 9:00 PM Monday through Thursday and by 4:00 PM Friday.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>The library&#8217;s main entrance (second floor) should be used by Aramark and National for set-up, take-down, and\/or catering services.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e521cc5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e521cc5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Policies<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c387281 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c387281\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>Organizations must provide a greeter and\/or signage at Library entrances to facilitate participant access to and navigation in the Library.<\/li><li>Advertisements in the media must be authorized in advance by the Library.<\/li><li>The advertising of any product, book, software, merchandise, event, or use of the meeting room for private profit is prohibited.<\/li><li>Smoking\/vaping, chewing tobacco, and alcoholic beverages are prohibited.<\/li><li>At the end of a function, the event space(s) must be left clean. All garbage, catering equipment, etc., must be removed.
