class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Flyers Policy (Tarver)<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-75e20e71 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"75e20e71\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Tarver Library provides three bulletin boards for the purpose of posting student\/faculty flyers.\u00a0 Two bulletin boards are located on the back wall near the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> floor student computers and one is located in the Commuter\u2019s Lounge.<\/p><ul><li>Persons wishing to post a flyer should take their flyer to the Circulation Desk located on the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> floor of the library<\/li><li>Circulation staff should inform the requestor that the flyer will be given to the Public Services Librarian for approval\/disapproval and posting<\/li><li>The requestor\u2019s name\/e-mail address\/phone number should be written on the back of the flyer<\/li><li>The Public Services Librarian will initial approved flyers and post them on all three bulletin boards (provided three copies are supplied).<\/li><li>The Public Services Librarian will monitor the bulletin boards and remove outdated flyers.<\/li><li>In the event the Public Services Librarian is unavailable, the Building Steward will act as the backup for approving and posting flyers<\/li><li>Circulation staff will remove any flyers or table tents that have been posted in areas other than the bulletin boards.\u00a0 These include walls, doors, windows, tables, restrooms, etc.\u00a0 These will be placed on a shelf labeled for\u00a0the Building Steward\u00a0behind the circulation desk.\u00a0 The Building Steward\u00a0will route unapproved flyers to Campus Life for any needed action.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3a4e51dc elementor-widget elementor-widget-button\" data-id=\"3a4e51dc\"
